Scott Zhang is the Chief Operating Officer of JATCORP LIMITED. Mr Zhang has over 10 years of industry experience in managing product inspection and certification and examining factory/product systems for Australian-made general foods, dairy, skincare, and nutrition products. He has worked with Chinese authorities in relation to importing Australian products. At CCIC Australia Pty Ltd, he acted as manager of both the inspection and the Certification departments and led an audit of the HACCP food safety systems of Australian dairy factories.

Sunny Liang is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of JATCORP LIMITED. Mr. Liang has more than 10 years of experience in the export industry including infant formula, health supplements, skincare, and personal care categories.
Previously, Mr. Liang served as a Senior Business Development Director at a major export and E-Commerce company. his strategic leadership drove growth, contract wins, brand expansion, and market penetration, achieving an annual turnover exceeding $400 million.
With a background as the former COO and Executive Director, Mr. Liang oversaw operations in Australia, China, Vietnam, and other Asian countries. In his current roles as CEO & Executive Director, he continues contributing valuable expertise to JATCORP.
Dr Xinpeng (Sean) Li
Executive Director & General Manager
Dr Xinpeng (Sean) Li is an Executive Director and the General Manager of Jatcorp Limited, joining the company in 2024. Dr Li brings over a decade of experience in project management, commercialisation, and international business development, with a strong focus on sustainable technologies and strategic investment.
Prior to joining Jatcorp, Dr Li held senior leadership roles at Power Construction Corporation of China (POWERCHINA), a Fortune Global 100 enterprise, where he led business development, technology commercialisation, and M&A projects across Asia and Europe. He participated in several major national scientific and key engineering projects and was involved in the planning of national energy and industry development strategies.
Dr Li holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Northwest University, China. His multidisciplinary expertise continues to strengthen Jatcorp’s operational capabilities and innovation agenda.
Peng Shen (Dennis)

Mr Shen has over 20 years of experience in financial management and business development of large companies and holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Melbourne. Mr Shen was the Chief Financial Officer of Yancoal Australia, where he gained leadership experience and know-how in M&A, financial management, corporate governance, and investor relations in Australia. Mr Shen held the offices of Director and Company Secretary at China Shenhua Energy listed on HKSE and SHSE, one of the world’s largest and leading integrated energy companies. Prior to his career with China Shenhua, he held a senior consultant position at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Kieran Pryke

Kieran John Pryke serves as the Independent Director at JATCORP LIMITED, bringing over two decades of financial expertise. His distinguished career is marked by significant contributions in financial leadership and strategic insights.
Mr. Pryke was previously the former Chief Financial Officer at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and GPT (1996-2009). With key roles including Group Executive at Grocon (2016-2019) and Chief Financial Officer at Australand Property Group (2010-2014), Pryke holds or has held director positions at boards such as Aventus Property Group and Boom Logistics Limited.
